By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms").

We also sell through Instagram Shop and TikTok Shop. Purchases made through these channels are still subject to these Terms, but those platforms operate under their own terms of service and we encourage you to familiarise yourself with them.

We make every effort to display product colours, packaging, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be fully accurate. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions are subject to change without notice.
Our skincare products are intended for external cosmetic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any skin condition or medical issue. If you have a skin condition or allergy, please consult a healthcare professional before use. Always patch test new products before full application.
Our accessories are non-cosmetic items. While we stand behind the quality of all our products, please note that accessories may be subject to different warranty and return conditions than our skincare range. Please refer to our Returns page for full details.
We reserve the right to limit sales by person, region, or jurisdiction, and to discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986. For customers in Australia, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

All content on the Sahlo website — including the brand name, logo, product names, photography, copy, and design is the intellectual property of Sahlo Skincare Limited and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without our express written permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and any disputes arising from these Terms will be sorted in the New Zealand courts. Customers in Australia retain all rights afforded to them under Australian law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining Terms will continue in full force.
