Flat rate shipping of $20 NZD for all Australian orders
International Shipping
Please email us at hello@madebysahlo.com if you would like to arrange for an order to be delivered outside NZ or Australia.
Parcels sent outside of NZ may be subject to local customs taxes or duties on arrival. These are set by your country’s customs agency and are your responsibility to pay.
Orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid cannot be refunded, so it’s worth checking what may apply in your region before you place your order.
Please double check your delivery address at checkout, once your order is placed we can’t make changes to it.
If your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, non-collection or missed delivery, we aren’t able to resend it internationally.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding NZ public holidays). Orders placed before 12pm NZT will be dispatched the same day where possible. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
